It was noon of the day after the Kosunaelijaku incident. Nothing out of the ordinary had happened all day, but Seth was afraid to keep his eyes closed for more than a blink. He was finally able to get it off of his mind long enough for him to enjoy the day. He looked out the window and took in a deep breath of the cool autumn air. It was the third week of school and he had fallen asleep very late last night, but he tried to put his clothes on anyway. He walked over to his dresser and pulled open on of the drawers and pulled out a yellow short sleeve shirt. He slipped it on over his head and as he got it through the neckline, he saw his reflection in the mirror on the dresser. She had disappeared that morning. “Where do you think she could be?” Seth asked. “Well, she wasn’t at the pond, not at the mountaintop, where else would she want to be?” Daniel asked. Welcome back pt3Welcome back pt3 By: Pieguydd Seth woke up to an unbearable buzzing noise. For once out of the three weeks he and Daniel had been living in the wild, he had not slept in phoenix form. He got up and was almost black with a coating of mosquitoes. He hopped and danced around the cave, slapping himself all over to kill the parasites. The noise made Daniel wake up and he immediately began dancing around with mosquitoes covering him, too. Seth pulled off his jacket and fanned it at Daniel to blow the mosquitoes off of him.
